We are seeking a new nursing colleague to join our team. We are a small, family-oriented clinic providing highly specialized care for the residents of Västmanland, where you will become an important member.

Job Responsibilities

In the department, you will have nursing responsibility for a team, which includes medication management as well as pre- and post-operative care. You will also care for patients with various acute medical conditions, such as sepsis. The tasks vary as you work with both elective and emergency care, and in addition to the two care teams, we also offer day care.

We collaborate in our two teams with receptionists, nurses, nursing assistants, and department doctors. Our managers work closely with us in care. We work from a holistic perspective as a multiprofessional team where we together focus on the patient and involve them in their care. We have daily reflections with discussions about patient safety and the work environment according to the methods of the Green Cross and Green Path.

We work towards clear goals and are proud of our excellent results in employee surveys. Based on your experience and professional development, you will have the opportunity for rotation to our own Urology Clinic. Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed nurse. You see each patient and involve them in their care.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. Since the work can change rapidly in various ways, you need to be flexible and have the ability to maintain your calm and focus in new situations. You have a good ability to structure your work and take responsibility for your tasks. We work in teams and see collaboration and clarity as very important ingredients for success. Since we work closely with both patients and relatives, empathy is an important ingredient in your daily life.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment 75–100% according to your wishes and by agreement. Day, evening, and weekend shifts.

In the Urology Department, we work planned approximately every third weekend.
