About the Role

As a Junior Technician, you will work with a wide range of tasks that involve both technical solutions and logistics. Your responsibility will be to contribute to ensuring that installations and deliveries are carried out efficiently, correctly, and according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Participation in daily morning meetings to plan and coordinate work with your team.
• Warehouse work including receiving, checking, and signing for incoming goods.
• Responsibility for outgoing deliveries, delivery labeling, and packaging of IT equipment.
• Ongoing updates of order status in the production system as well as documentation and procedures in the internal documentation system.
• Ordering of consumables together with the team leader.
• Installation and basic configuration in the areas of Server, Client, Mobility, POS, as well as Network and Security.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who wants to develop within IT. Since this is a junior position, we prefer that you do not have much experience in IT yet but have an interest and willingness to learn.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in technology
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• High school diploma
