IT Support Technician Needed in Central Stockholm

We are looking for a responsible and IT-interested support technician for our client in central Stockholm. This role is suitable for you who enjoy working with people, have extensive experience in customer service-related jobs, and currently thrive in IT support.

The position is full-time and the employment will be directly with the client.

Responsibilities

As an IT support technician in the service desk, you will work with incoming cases via phone, chat, email, and through the case management system. You will work in a flexible position where you have the opportunity to deliver solid service as the first point of contact for users. You will support and troubleshoot network-related issues, Office365 applications, Google Workspace, and work in a Microsoft environment.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you are responsible and flexible as a person, as you will have the opportunity to work as both the first and second contact in the service desk. You are passionate about providing users with the best possible service, where your pedagogical ability helps explain complex technical problems. We prefer that you have previous experience in service-related jobs, at least 1 year of work experience in IT support, and possess relevant post-secondary education from a University/College. Additionally, you are a cheerful person who comes to work with a big smile on your face!

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in IT support
• Solid work experience from previous service-related jobs
• Good knowledge of Office365
• Active Directory
• Post-secondary education in IT
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Previously worked with Google Workplace
• Experience with ITIL and Lean
