We have full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Falköping, Skövde, Alingsås, Trollhättan, Borås, Jönköping, and Värnamo. In Skövde and Trollhättan, there are also authorized service workshops for Lexus.

We are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our professional service team and take on the role of Service Advisor at our full-service facility in Trollhättan.

About the job

As a Service Advisor at Lindströms Bil, you will have daily contact with our guests, welcoming them with a friendly smile and guiding them in technical questions related to car usage, as well as booking appointments for service and workshop jobs. You will handle phone/email/chat, warranty issues, spare parts, and your task is to ensure that the guest is completely satisfied with their visit.

The role involves being our face to the guest both physically and digitally, and you will also be involved in planning the daily operations of the service workshop. You will be part of a close-knit team with technicians, service advisors/spare parts managers, and the service manager, where we work together to exceed our guests' expectations for quality and customer service and to create long-term relationships.

About you

We are looking for someone who gets energy from delivering world-class customer service and is always ready to go the extra mile to provide the guest with a memorable experience, making Lindströms Bil the obvious choice.

You have no problem structuring your work and re-prioritizing if the situation requires it, and you easily follow established processes and routines. You handle stress in a professional and solution-oriented manner and have a strong commitment to your work, our guests, and a desire to develop yourself and your workplace.

You are driven to achieve goals consistently and effectively, and open and honest communication is a given for you.

As a person, you are unpretentious, open, and caring in your approach and easily create and maintain long-term contacts with both customers and colleagues. You are meticulous and structured in your work style and enjoy keeping things organized. Previous work experience in customer service with customer contact, preferably with experience in a similar role with technical competence in the automotive industry, is desirable.

Other qualifications:

  • Driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
  • Outgoing personality with high social competence
  • Computer skills and administrative competence
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
