Welcome to O. Pettersson Fastigheter! We are a family-owned property company in Örebro, operating in the 3rd generation. We manage 10 properties with approximately 200 rental apartments and several commercial spaces.

Your Role

We are now looking for someone who wants to join us and take responsibility for the daily property maintenance. Your tasks will be varied and will be given with freedom under responsibility.

Examples of tasks:

Handle maintenance requests from tenants, perform minor repairs and maintenance.
Simple apartment renovations, laying floors, tiling, painting, and carpentry work.
Outdoor maintenance of green areas such as trimming, lawn mowing, weeding, as well as snow removal and ice control.
Take care of the property's common areas such as waste rooms, stairwells, basements, and attics.

Additional Information

A reference from a similar position is required. Start date to be agreed upon. Full-time until October 1st with a chance for extension.
