Our property portfolio in Örebro consists of 600 apartments and our area office is located at Varbergagatan 161. We are a driven and engaged team of 6 people with various roles such as property technicians, property caretakers, rental agents, property managers, and area managers.

About the position

The role of property caretaker is social and service-oriented. You should be able to plan your work and maintain good contacts with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Taking care of the property's other common areas such as waste management, stairwells, basements, and laundry rooms
• Supervision and simple repairs such as playgrounds, garages, and parking spaces
• Green area maintenance e.g., trimming, lawn mowing, weed removal

Your profile

To be considered for the position of property caretaker with us, we want you to meet the qualifications below. We also place great importance on your personal qualities and see that you as an applicant are a solution-oriented and service-minded team player. You see order and tidiness as a natural part of your daily work and pitch in where needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience from a similar position previously, or other experience that we assess as equivalent
• B driver's license for manual transmission
