We are now looking for a maintenance technician for our filler production in Glanshammar.

We are looking for someone with a technical education or documented experience in service and maintenance work.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will plan and perform maintenance on production equipment.

You will actively work with continuous improvements and follow up to ensure that you are working on the right things to improve and streamline production. The company works with WCM (World Class Manufacturing), which means you are expected to contribute to the company's development. The job includes troubleshooting and repairs on our equipment.

Responsibilities:

Develop preventive maintenance and carry out corrective maintenance
Participate in inspections of equipment and facilities
Participate in risk assessments regarding equipment and facilities
Procurement of materials and external services
Follow up on improvement measures and evaluate their effects
Train operators in operator maintenance/machine care
Be responsible for the workshop and spare parts
Administration of the maintenance program “Mainter”
Shift work may occur

Personal Profile

As a person, you are driven and have a burning interest in technology. You enjoy problem-solving in a rapidly changing everyday environment. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and prefer that you have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and flexible.

The right candidate has at least a couple of years of experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting within production/process industry. We prefer that you have experience in improvement work and 5S. You have broad knowledge in mechanics and automation, and electrical knowledge is an advantage.

Knowledge and Experience

Previous work experience in machine maintenance
Knowledge in mechanics and pneumatics, as well as electrical knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge of welding
Knowledge and experience with pumps, pump technology, silos, etc.

Forklift license
Overhead crane license
Hot work
Work at heights
Confined spaces
Electrical training for mechanics
