Your Role

At Saab within the Dynamics business area, we are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Mechanical Designer who wants to help develop our technical solutions. In this role, you will work with mechanical design and system design in close collaboration with our production.

Together, we create methods and technical solutions with a strong focus on machine safety and ergonomics. CE marking is an important part of the work, and we always strive to improve and develop our equipment and processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Mechanical Designer who wants to help develop our technical solutions. In this role, you will work with mechanical design and system design in close collaboration with our production. Together, we create methods and technical solutions with a strong focus on machine safety and ergonomics. CE marking is an important part of the work, and we always strive to improve and develop our equipment and processes.

You are a driven and goal-oriented person with a genuine interest in technology and innovation. You enjoy working in teams, find it easy to collaborate, and contribute to a positive work environment. Experience with CE marking and machine safety work is a plus.

We prefer that you have a technical university degree or equivalent and that you have knowledge in CAD design, preferably SolidWorks or Catia. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license.

It is also advantageous if you have experience working in project form, knowledge of CE marking, and experience with explosives.
