Duroc Machine Tool AB is a prosperous and stable company with a turnover of approximately 180 million SEK and around 30 employees. The company does not have its own manufacturing but is a pure trading company that targets Swedish customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a service technician with us, you will spend most of your working time on-site with our customers. The tasks primarily consist of installing, performing preventive maintenance, and emergency service on the customer's machines. You are the company's face to the outside world and take great responsibility for maintaining existing customers and ensuring that we are there as technical support and that our products function effectively in the customers' operations. You will work from home and be part of our service team. Your colleagues are located all over the country to assist our customers on-site. Ideally, you live in Mälardalen, Dalarna, Värmland, Stockholm, or Närke and surrounding areas. Travel and overnight stays in the service are required.

Your main tasks:

• Installation of machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshooting and technical support on-site with our customers
• Ensure the condition and perform preventive maintenance on machines at customer sites
• Report customer needs to the sales department
• Documentation and reporting of completed work

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good computer skills (primarily Office package)
• Experience in one or more of the areas: Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electricity, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel and stay overnight for work.
