JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you driven by the opportunity to utilize your real estate expertise to contribute to and make a difference in healthcare? Do you thrive in a coordinating role with many points of contact and a high level of service? Then you might be the one we are looking for to fill the role of real estate coordinator for Close Care and Health.

As a real estate coordinator, you will have a coordinating and proactive role. You will actively participate and support healthcare operations in the process of renovations and new constructions of premises, as well as coordinate equipment and investments that require construction measures.

The role is placed within the department's staff, and together with the current coordinator, you will form a team within real estate coordination. Your assignment spans all operational areas of the department, and you will collaborate and jointly manage the department's needs and assignments within real estate coordination.

Your work involves many points of contact and collaborations, both internally and externally. This includes maintaining contact between the various parties involved during the construction period, consisting of the healthcare operation, construction contractor, and responsible project manager. Furthermore, you will be the contact person and will drive and coordinate relocations of operations during renovations or changes of premises, order signs, and manage other necessary administration related to the move.

As a coordinator, you will also participate in strategic customer meetings with Region Properties, Regional Services, technical managers, and the construction investment group. You will work closely with the department head, operational managers, and other managers. This entails individual areas of responsibility but also jointly developing collaboration with other departments in Region Skåne regarding property, service, and operations.

You will be based in our office in Malmö, but as the operations you work with are geographically spread out, travel within Skåne will occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome applicants who have a relevant post-secondary education in real estate or construction, or alternatively other education and/or work experience that the employer deems relevant. Additionally, you should have good computer skills, strong communication abilities, and very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

We would like you to have a couple of years of experience working with real estate issues, preferably in healthcare-related operations. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of IT, security issues, contract law, and preferably experience in interpreting drawings as well as planning and construction processes.

To thrive in this position, we see that you have a genuine interest in real estate issues and healthcare operations. You are solution-oriented, service-minded, and have an easy time building relationships, both internally within the organization's various operations and externally. As you will encounter many different personnel categories and suppliers in your role, it is important that you have a very good demeanor, can easily create trust, and build collaborations.

As a real estate coordinator, you will handle a large number of parallel cases, which places high demands on your structural ability and responsibility to independently drive your work forward. It is necessary that you are flexible and view change processes as a positive challenge. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We warmly welcome your application and look forward to getting to know you!
