About the job:

A young man with autism has moved into his own apartment and needs a stable, secure home environment. There is a need for two people around the clock who together create this for him based on his conditions.

You will also work on maintaining daily routines, household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, etc., while creating quality of life for the client.

About you we are looking for:

Are you a secure person? Can you handle others' emotions without taking them over? Great, that's exactly what is needed in this job! If you are the one who stands firm when the wind blows and have a generally positive and cheerful attitude towards things, you have an advantage.

We also believe that you are good at collaborating, finding solutions, and making decisions.

Previous experience with autism is a plus.

Sign language support is a plus.

About the positions:

Summer temporary position

Hourly substitute as needed

24-hour shifts, double staffing around the clock

We conduct background checks before employment.
