We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant for our child client in Gustafs/Hedemora.

This client needs help and support in their daily life. This means that your tasks will include personal care such as personal hygiene, respiratory aids, and tube feeding.

The client prefers that you are a girl/woman, and it is important that you do not smoke.

Your tasks and the client's needs are described in a job description that you will follow during your workday. You will also be responsible for keeping medical and social documentation of what happens during the day that is significant for their physical and mental well-being.

You will work in the client's home, and the working hours are during the day and afternoon, evening/night including weekends.

Examples of tasks include:

• Respiratory assistance
• Personal hygiene
• Tube feeding
• Activities

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

• Have experience in personal assistance (not a requirement, but meritorious)
• Be calm and pedagogical
• Be responsible
• Be playful
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.

Additional information

Employment type: Summer temporary + on-call substitute during regular staff absence

Scope: Need up to 100%

Working hours: Day, evening, weekend, night.

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
