We are looking for someone with experience in the role of production engineer and/or education in production technology or mechanics. About the role
In the role of production engineer, you will work on the manufacturing of complex and high-tech products, where you play a central role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. You will handle drawing documentation and ensure that manufacturing documentation is correct. An important part of the job involves being hands-on in production, where you monitor and optimize manufacturing steps to identify and solve any problems that may arise along the way. You will also participate in regular meetings where you act as an expert on production feasibility, ensuring that new solutions are practically manufacturable and contributing technical expertise to improve the production flow. The role of production engineer is versatile and dynamic, where no day is like the other.

Your profile
To thrive and succeed in the role of production engineer, it is important to be structured and have the ability to plan and prioritize your own work. Since workdays can be varied, good independence and a strong drive to develop in the profession are required. At the same time, the position involves close collaboration with colleagues and other departments, making social skills and the ability to build relationships crucial. You need to be attentive and able to take space when needed, while also being adaptable to the group's dynamics.

Requirements
• Swedish citizenship due to the classified nature of the position
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in production engineering and/or post-secondary education focusing on production technology or mechanics

Meritorious
• Experience working in production, preferably technical and within electrical fields. Electrical work, soldering, mechanics, and/or electrical assembly are highly meritorious.
• Experience in similar work as a production engineer
