Your Everyday Life

You will be part of our wonderful customer service team and work from the office in Borlänge. Together with your colleagues, you will be the customer's personal advisor and support. Within the team, service is provided through several different communication channels; phone, chat, and email 📞✉️ The cases handled range from delivery to product inquiries. Here, you have a great opportunity to make a difference in the customer's overall experience with us as a company and influence whether the customer comes back or not. Often, you are the only contact person our customers have with us. If that’s not a BIG deal, then what is?

Within the customer service team, we collaborate closely and value having fun at work. We have energy, speed, and flair while also having clear rules on how we meet our customers and each other. At work, you must be able to be yourself - we think that is incredibly important! That’s when you dare to express yourself, come up with new ideas, and contribute to change. Who You Are

You are passionate about delivering world-class customer service and of course want to “wow” our customers! You have a communication and relationship-building ability and thrive in a growth environment. We would like you to have experience in customer interaction and be interested in beauty products. To create the best conditions for you to do a really good job, the employment starts with at least a week of introduction. The work requires you to master Swedish both written and spoken, and it is also an advantage if you have good knowledge of English.

Details About the Employment

The working hours are a bit varied; 7–16, 8.45–18, and 11–20. The position is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Start as soon as possible or by agreement. The placement for this position is at our wonderful office in Borlänge, and we expect you to work from the office every weekday, as we believe that provides the best conditions! 🎈
