What you will do

As an optical assistant/store salesperson in our store in Falun, you will welcome customers, explain why it is so important to have an eye examination, and clarify our concept and offers. From there, you will guide the customer through our customer journey, starting with preliminary tests before sending them on to the optician. The position is 85-90% and involves weekdays as well as every other Saturday.

No prior experience in optics is required. You will undergo a thorough introduction (practical training in-store combined with digital courses) where you will learn about the optics industry and how we work with optics, frames, and lenses. After your introduction, you will be the expert who helps customers achieve better eye health.

We are looking for someone with prior customer service experience.

• You have a few years of work experience in customer service/retail.
• Eager to learn new things, develop your skills, and grow within the role.
• You are a friendly and enthusiastic person who cares about helping others as much as we do.
• Aiming to provide the best possible customer experience.
