Logistics Administrator

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of logistics administrator, you will have a central role in the company's daily goods flow, both nationally and internationally. You will work on organizing and coordinating transports, handling documentation, and ensuring that deliveries are made on time and according to customer specifications. The role requires high collaboration skills, good communication, and a proactive approach to handle daily challenges, ensuring that all goods documentation is prepared and that deliveries reach their destinations on time.

You will become an important part of a dynamic team consisting of 7 colleagues, where both the pace and collaboration are intense and energetic. In this role, you will be responsible for goods handling for a number of specific countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Plan and book shipments of freight transports
  • Handling customs and export documentation for international deliveries
  • Follow-up and reconciliation of deliveries and transports
  • Daily contact with freight forwarders and customers
  • Order management
  • Invoicing

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has experience in administration, finance, customer service, or similar deemed relevant for the position
  • Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Relevant experience from a similar role
  • Experience with the business system SAP
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
