We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for summer staff for our store in Mora who can work when our regular staff is on vacation. The work will primarily take place from mid-June to mid-August and part-time. You will work both weekdays and weekends as well as day and evening shifts. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and remodeling the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier work, store exposure, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to keep order and tidiness.
