We are now looking for a property manager in Malmö.

As a property manager at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. This means that you will be responsible for receiving and quickly handling any requests and reports of issues from customers. The work is varied and social.

Make a difference with us

As a property manager, you are responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our customers, and you will be part of a team that manages daily operations. Your tasks will include gardening, property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing materials, and maintaining machines and hand tools. The position also includes on-call and/or standby duties. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

The position of property manager is a varied and independent job under your own responsibility. Your daily tasks will include:

• Standard corrective maintenance after issue reports
• Troubleshooting
• Handling daily customer contacts

You will work on your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You plan your workday together with your colleagues and your team leader.

It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work effectively.

We believe that you have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property management/operations/administration or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience from trades such as electrical and/or plumbing is an advantage.

As computers and mobile phones are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we prefer that you have computer skills and can handle computers and mobile phones in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Malmö, but work in other locations within the market area may occur.

The position requires a B driver's license for manual transmission. Experience in property management/outdoor environments is a requirement for this position. A prerequisite for the position is that you master Swedish in speech and writing.
