At the far end of the Bohuslän archipelago lies the Väderöarna. A breathtakingly beautiful oasis in the middle of the sea. You can visit year-round – summer, winter, spring, and autumn. We welcome both private guests and companies looking for a unique place for creative meetings and conferences.

The hub of the island is the Inn, where we have 22 hotel rooms and a restaurant with seating for about 180 guests.

Our ambition is to offer our guests a peaceful oasis far from stress and the hustle of everyday life. We strive to deliver world-class service and always maintain high and consistent quality.

We are certified by Smaka på Västsverige and primarily work with locally sourced ingredients according to the season. Everything in our operation is permeated by the Sea – the food, activities & environment.

We strive to become self-sufficient, and sustainability is an important guiding principle for us. We purify seawater into drinking water, have been plastic-free for many years, and produce a large part of our own electricity.

During the summer months, we need to strengthen our team. We are looking for you who want to work in a unique environment and who want to develop together with a wonderful group of people with great competence and broad knowledge.

The job involves hotel cleaning, runner in the restaurant & dishwashing.

It is important for us that you can work independently, have a strong team spirit, and always put the guest first. We are looking for you who always strive to deliver quality and who constantly want to develop in your work. You are resilient as the pace can sometimes be high during peak season, take responsibility for your work, and work with a smile on your face.

We work in shifts and accommodation is available on the island during work periods.
