Quality Hotel™ Grand Borås is now looking for service staff who can balance plates, orders, and upselling, while creating memorable guest experiences. The position primarily involves working evenings and weekends in our restaurant and banquet operations.

• In collaboration with the Food & Beverage team, your tasks will be to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant/bar/breakfast, maintain order, and contribute to a good working environment.
• You will contribute to the department achieving its goals.
• We work to maintain our guest promise by delivering a welcoming atmosphere and reliable service.

• Experience in the restaurant industry with knowledge of alcohol service is a requirement.
• You truly love meeting new people and creating positive experiences for guests.
• You have the ability to meet the guest based on who they are and adjust your service accordingly.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and can handle almost anything the day brings.
• You have a special talent for finding the best way forward.
• You are a team player, and your colleagues see you as available and supportive.

The position is for extra work as needed with the possibility of a temporary contract over the summer of 2025.
