We are looking for more stars to join our team at Salt & Sill, Klädesholmen for the summer season (April-September) with the possibility of extension.

On the old herring island of Klädesholmen outside Tjörn lies Salt & Sill, surrounded by Bohuslän's salty cliffs and skerries. The restaurant has been operated under the current management since the early 2000s with a strong passion for food and people, which is clearly reflected in our menus that are strongly influenced by local coastal ingredients. With pier service and sea views, we offer a magical closeness to the ever-changing sea. The facility currently includes both a hotel, conference, and restaurant.

Are you a person who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests? We are looking for a waiter with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. If you have experience working in the restaurant industry and enjoy providing excellent service in a lively environment, then you might be the one we are looking for!

Requirements:

• Experience in serving within a restaurant or similar environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent ability to collaborate in a team and provide support where needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• It is a plus if you have good knowledge of food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a smile and provide a professional service experience.
• Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and neatly.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the serving area.
• Ensure that guests are satisfied and resolve any complaints quickly and professionally.

Language skills: Swedish and English in spoken and written form.

Employment conditions:

• Seasonal employment
• Working hours scheduled both weekdays and weekends, during the day and evening.
• Staff accommodation is available.
• Salary according to agreement.
