If you have cash handling experience, previous experience in a street kitchen or other food service, it is an advantage. It is important that you enjoy working with us and feel comfortable working in a tight-knit team. Since you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to be fluent in Swedish, and we require that applicants are at least 18 years old.

Working with us means, in addition to all customer contact, that you will help prepare ingredients and sides, take customer orders at the register, and cook food to order. Between serving, we help each other in the kitchen with washing dishes and cleaning, or with receiving and unpacking goods.

The position is part-time, approximately 28 hours a week during daytime, evenings, and weekends. 

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the entire restaurant's operations and report to the restaurant manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks
• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager
• Spreading energy and joy to employees who pass this on to guests
• Coaching employees 
• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers
• Purchasing goods
• Training new employees
• Responsibility for checklists and ensuring procedures are followed

A team leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift
