Pharmacist at KICKS Gallerian

KICKS Gallerian is now looking for a Pharmacist for our Professional Skincare concept!

As a Pharmacist at KICKS Gallerian, you are a central part of our sales team where your primary task is to actively contribute to the store's sales and customer experience. You work together with your colleagues to create an inspiring and effective sales environment, where you are an expert in professional skincare and support the team with your knowledge and commitment.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Providing customers with the best possible service and ensuring a first-class customer experience in accordance with The KICKS Way
• Actively working to achieve the store's sales targets and budget
• Contributing to order and cleanliness in the store by keeping shelves and products in top condition
• Ensuring that the store is fresh, well-stocked, and that the assortment is replenished according to the planogram and concept
• Working according to the established routine schedule for the store and following KICKS work procedures
• Contributing to creating a positive and inspiring sales environment

Part of your time will also be spent on certain administrative tasks and ensuring that routines are performed according to KICKS rules and policies. You are also expected to participate in maintaining a good working environment and contribute to safety in the workplace.

Furthermore, you will also:

• Participate in creating and contributing to marketing materials and activities in-store when needed
• Share your expertise by occasionally participating in activities such as tutorials or other customer-oriented elements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in sales and customer interactions, and is passionate about Professional Skincare
• Is a qualified pharmacist and has a genuine desire to act as an ambassador for KICKS products and services
• Is attentive and has the ability to quickly identify customer needs
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team, and actively contributes to a good working environment and atmosphere
• Has good IT skills and experience with the Office suite, primarily Word and PowerPoint

Additionally, we would like you to have:

• Experience and interest in Visual Merchandising
• Experience in sales and customer interactions within the cosmetics industry

The position is a permanent employment (we apply a probationary period) at 75% with start date according to agreement.
