About the position:
We are looking for an engaged and qualified curator with experience working with young adults. You will be an important part of our team and contribute to supporting and developing our students.
Qualifications
- Educated social worker or equivalent degree deemed relevant by the employer.
- Experience working with young adults.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, both in teams and independently.
- Experience in support conversations and information efforts, both individually and in groups, digitally and through physical meetings.
- Flexible and open to trying, evaluating, and developing new working methods.
- Ability to assess mental health and provide relevant support based on the student's needs.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge and experience in working with preventive measures for young adults regarding mental health.
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, attentive, and has a good ability to create trusting relationships. You thrive in a role where you meet people with different needs and backgrounds and have a positive attitude towards change and development. Your ability to collaborate is strong, while you can also work independently and take your own initiatives.
Scope and location
The position is permanent with a start date as soon as possible. A probationary period may apply. The employment is full-time and based in Luleå.
