Job Advertisement: Preschool Assistant

Pajala municipality is the large (in area) small municipality located in the land of the Northern Lights and the Midnight Sun – Tornedalen, in eastern Norrbotten. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool assistant, you will contribute to driving and developing the educational work in accordance with the preschool curriculum. Together with your colleagues, you will reflect, analyze, and critically review the operations in relation to children's development and learning. The work teams develop and adapt learning environments that support, stimulate, and challenge children's learning in relation to the goals of the operations. You will participate in the follow-up, evaluation, and problematization of the results from the planned activities to achieve increased goal fulfillment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained preschool assistant with good pedagogical skills. Alternatively, other educational qualifications and/or experience working with children that the employer deems appropriate.

The person offered employment must provide an extract from the register kept under the law (1998:620) on criminal records, with requirements in the Education Act (2010:800).
