The individual and family care in Boden has an organization aimed at working with multi-competent teams that collaborate around and with clients and families to provide support in various areas.

We work closely with our combined outpatient care team, and through the close collaboration of all teams, it contributes to a safe as well as a developing work environment for employees.

In Team Family, social workers focus on income support, foster homes, family law/parenting, addiction/health issues, and children and youth with the goal of creating a functioning whole for the families we meet.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The work consists of social investigation and motivational work focused on income support with the goal of helping individuals become self-sufficient. The tasks are varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful. The team members are engaged individuals driven to make a difference in their work.

You will receive close support from colleagues and the team leader in your daily work. You will have external case and process supervision, regular professional meetings focused on development. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction plan tailored to your needs aimed at providing you with a secure onboarding at the workplace and the tools you need in your daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying for the position have a degree in social work or other education deemed adequate by the employer. Experience in authority exercise is meritorious.

You are structured and enjoy collaborating and cooperating, and have the ability to work independently and solution-focused. You are positive about developing the business together with your colleagues.

You will work both in urgent cases and towards planned goals, which requires a flexible approach with colleagues and managers close by as sounding boards in your everyday life. You are comfortable taking initiative and also making decisions and driving your cases forward.
