Your New Job

We create a safe and pleasant environment for our residents, and your work as a care assistant is crucial for them to receive the care they need.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks include personal care, service interventions, social activities, medication management, and various representative roles. You also have an important role as a contact person for the residents, writing implementation plans, and documenting according to current guidelines. Of course, all work is carried out with a good attitude and a positive approach!

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and can provide proof of a protected professional title. Experience in elderly care and palliative care is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. The job requires physical mobility as situations arise that cannot be predicted and must be resolved in a manner suited to the situation.

We hope you have a genuine interest in creating a meaningful daily life for our residents. You are positive, flexible, and independent in your work. You have the ability to handle a varied daily routine and maintain calm in unforeseen situations. You possess good collaboration and communication skills.

Coordinator Role

In one of the positions, there is a coordinator role where it is expected that you:

• Have experience in scheduling and good scheduling skills. Knowledge of the Multi Access system is advantageous.
• Daily allocate personnel resources in relation to the interventions and needs of the units in consultation with other coordinators and managers. Contribute to good resource management.
• Plan and assist in the daily work, be responsible for staffing and book substitutes for planned/unplanned absences and workload peaks.
• Actively participate in the planning of schedules, training, and shadowing.

Good to Know

The recruitment concerns several full-time positions with start dates as agreed. Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends according to the schedule. Before potential employment, you need to present an approved background check from the administration. We may fill more positions and offers of employment in another unit may become relevant.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of care assistant became a protected professional title. This means that proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare will be required to use the title of care assistant within health and care.
