Job Description

The tasks include diagnostic physiological examinations such as echocardiography, peripheral circulation, EKG, lung physiology, invasive heart diagnostics, MR-heart, nuclear medicine, and PET/CT. We have great opportunities for varied tasks and development. Quality and method development is an ongoing work where everyone participates to improve and develop.

As a university hospital, we have many students, and the work includes some supervision and teaching. Many research projects are conducted at the clinic where biomedical analysts also participate in various ways.

Work Group

The Physiological Clinic is part of the Heart Center at the University Hospital in Linköping. Advanced functional diagnostics are conducted using EKG, lung function tests, ultrasound, MR, gamma camera, and PET/CT. The clinic is divided into several teams that have different examination areas. The teams consist of various professions that collaborate with the patient in focus, and rotation between teams creates a variation of tasks.

The clinic has broad competence in clinical physiology but also specialized competence in several areas. We actively work to maintain and develop competence through, for example, training. Our wide range of examination methods, drive to develop and improve means that your development opportunities are great.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed biomedical analyst in clinical physiology.

We would like you to have experience in the profession of biomedical analyst or have other experience working in healthcare, but this is not a requirement.

Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing.
