Our Offer
For a better future. Region Östergötland has high ambitions and a responsible mission. It’s about health and care, about the development of our region, and about those who live and stay here. We want to continue to be at the forefront, with care, research, and education. This means daring to think innovatively – and having the best employees. Therefore, we offer unique opportunities for further learning and invest in modern environments with effective systems and tools. Many of us meet patients and relatives, while others create the conditions for vital interventions. Together, we work towards the same goal – to make a real difference, and for a better future.
The Rehab Group is part of Movement and Health, which is included in the Central Primary Care (NSC) and is located at the University Hospital in Linköping. Home visits are also conducted within the primary care clinic/LAH.
You are part of a multidisciplinary team around the patient where a person-centered and rehabilitative approach is central.
Based on the patient's needs, individualized interventions are planned and implemented, such as rehabilitation, provision of assistive devices, and planning to ensure a safe discharge. The work also includes active participation in team rounds and collaboration with other stakeholders.
Work Group
The unit consists of 32 employees, including 12 physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
