JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist, you will work with the municipality's special housing for the elderly, short-term housing, group housing, and day activities within LSS, as well as with ordinary housing.

You will work from a holistic perspective with all relevant cases regarding assessments, training, treatment, home visits, and prescribing assistive devices. Training and supervision of care staff and relatives are also part of the role. At Kommunrehab, you will collaborate with case managers, unit managers, and other stakeholders both within and outside the organization. You will work in teams around patients and users together with occupational therapists, nurses, nursing assistants, and care aides. We document in Lifecare.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with strong professional skills. We consider it important that you can translate theoretical knowledge into practical implementation in your role. Furthermore, we see it as essential that you are genuinely interested in working with people and always keep the patient in focus in your work. In your interactions with others, you are respectful and service-oriented.

As a person, you are skilled at planning and organizing as well as prioritizing your work in an effective and purposeful manner. You are confident, responsible, flexible, curious, and meticulous. You collaborate, cooperate, and communicate in a professional, respectful, and positive way. You take initiative and can work independently.

Good computer skills are required for the position, and a B driver's license is a must.

Experience in rehabilitation work within municipal operations is an advantage.
