Welcome to Närhälsan Tidaholm rehabilitation clinic.

Our team consists of three physiotherapists and two occupational therapists, all with extensive primary care experience. We care deeply for each other in the group, ensuring we enjoy our work and have good cohesion. We continuously work on business development to provide patients with the best possible rehabilitation. As an employee of Närhälsan, you will be offered various forms of development opportunities, such as internal training. Tidaholm is located in a beautiful landscape with exciting nature and proximity to the Hökensås recreational area, providing excellent conditions for an active leisure time with sports and outdoor activities. About the job

Your tasks include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is established. The work is largely conducted at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Treatment of patients is carried out both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle uneven workloads and unforeseen events. Since you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are accommodating and adapt your communication to the situation.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, meaning that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
