We offer 71 unique hotel rooms, 4 conference rooms, an inspiring workspace, and our popular restaurant Södra Larm Bar & Bistro. About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist for a part-time position. The position is scheduled to start on June 1, and during the summer, you will work approximately 50-70%. From August 18, the position will be adjusted down to 20% and will include every other weekend. Perfect for you who want to work more during the summer and may be studying in the fall. The role is a key role with responsibilities for:

• Managing bookings in the booking systems Visbook and BookVisit as well as via email, phone, and handling booking portals (OTA).
• Correspondence with guests and groups to ensure their needs and wishes are met.
• Check-in and check-out and being the first point of contact for our guests.
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and taking care of light serving in our bar.
• Daily oversight to ensure our common areas are clean and inviting.

Working Hours

The position is part-time and involves working according to a rolling schedule that includes weekends. The shifts are:

• Morning: 07:30–15:30
• Afternoon: 15:15–23:15

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a natural sense of service and understands the importance of building long-lasting relationships with guests.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility in a key role.
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact and has a professional, yet relaxed, attitude.
• Has experience from similar tasks within the hotel or service industry. Experience with the hotel booking system Visbook is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We prefer that you live in Gothenburg or nearby.
