In our prep kitchen, we produce all the food served in our two restaurants. We cook in large volumes. You are responsible for keeping it clean and tidy, and ensuring that you are a positive part of the team working for the day. You are generally responsible, arrive on time, and take your tasks seriously, but with a cheerful attitude. The job involves many heavy lifts, so good physical fitness is necessary.

You will enjoy working with us if you are a happy and positive person who loves good and natural food. You like to exercise from time to time and generally take care of yourself. You love interacting with people and helping others with a big smile on your face. You are curious about food and new ideas, while also enjoying teamwork and understanding that sometimes you need to fall in line for the team as a whole to function. However, it is important that you are positive, forward-thinking, and service-oriented. You appreciate authenticity, being natural, straightforward, and honest.
