Hjortviken Country Club offers a wide range of experiences with two restaurants, 150 rooms, six bars, a Pool Club, and not least our ambitious meetings and events department. Our vision is to create magical moments and lasting memories for our guests by offering experiences that exceed expectations. Everything from the smaller but super important management team meeting, the big company kick-off, birthday parties, or the grand anniversary dinner takes place here.

About the position

We at Hjortviken Country Club are now looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of the company and the first person our guests meet. Your main tasks will involve welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and being an important contact person for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to all arriving guests
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Manage bookings and reservations
• Answer questions and provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• Assist guests with their needs and requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a fantastic guest experience

Who are you?

To thrive as a Front Office Agent with us, you should have a strong sense of service and a positive attitude. You enjoy working with people and have a professional and friendly demeanor. You are self-driven and feel comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. As a Front Office Agent, you are also expected to assist Meeting & Events operations and booking control as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in reception or a similar service role
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with hotel and booking systems is an advantage
• Passionate about hospitality and also service-oriented and solution-focused

About the process: We will call for interviews on an ongoing basis, the application deadline is April 7.

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and 20% permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. Varying working hours, day, evening, night, and weekend.
