As café staff, you are the face of our visitors and play a crucial role in providing them with a positive experience.

We are now looking for more part-time employees for our café ahead of the spring and summer season - a perfect opportunity for you who love to meet new people and provide excellent service!

Your duties include cash handling, serving, cooking, baking, kitchen preparations, and cleaning. We ensure that our serving areas are tidy and clean both inside and outside of Naturum. As staff with us, you may also need to answer questions from our guests regarding Fjärås Bräcka and our other attractions in Kungsbacka.

We are open every day of the week during the summer. You will also have the opportunity to continue working throughout the rest of the year as a part-time employee during weekends and school breaks.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is passionate about nature and meeting people. It is important that you are socially outgoing, enjoy providing good service, and ensure that all our visitors feel comfortable. You think positively and can be flexible in your tasks to assist customers. You also have good teamwork skills, are stress-resistant, responsible, and have a strong ability to take initiative. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are looking for you who:

• are at least 18 years old

It is a merit:

• experience in serving, baking, and/or pastry making

About Naturum Fjärås Bräcka

In Sweden, there are 33 naturum, all with the task of inspiringly showcasing and telling about nature. The Culture & Leisure Administration in Kungsbacka Municipality manages and oversees Naturum Fjärås Bräcka, located just south of Kungsbacka on top of Fjärås Bräcka. Our café is popular and serves both organic and locally produced food. We bake a lot ourselves, and our ambition is to serve both good and artisan-quality food. We offer everything from sandwiches and cakes to lighter lunches.

Our offer and additional information

We are now offering part-time positions from June 1 to August 31. Your working hours will vary from two to five working days per week during the summer, and the opportunity to continue working during weekends and school breaks throughout the rest of the year is also offered (approximately 2 to 6 days per month during the fall). The work includes weekend shifts and may also involve inconvenient working hours according to a schedule.
