S:t Olof School is a smaller school where everyone knows each other and where we have many adults around our students. Currently, we consist of two units: Sallyhill, where we have grades F-4 and the After School Program, and Åkersvik, where we have grades 5-9. Our work is characterized by a positive and solution-oriented approach where we see the individual based on their interests, opportunities, and conditions. We enjoy collaborating with other actors and associations to give our students the chance to experience, test, and thereby develop. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of our special education group. In the team, you will work together with special educators, teaching educators, and student assistants to plan, implement, and follow up on the teaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for a qualified special teacher with a focus on language, writing, and reading development, but a qualified special educator may also be relevant.

You have a positive view of students based on the belief that our students can, dare, and want to succeed. As a person, you are solution-focused, structured, and action-oriented. You are a good adult role model and find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have great patience and are resilient under stress. You understand and act on the principle that we are each other's work environment.

You are also well-versed in the governing documents of primary education.
