Mimerskolan is an independent primary school (grades 4-9) operated as a non-profit association, without profit motives. The school is located in Haga, near the Norra Berget outdoor area. Our pedagogy is characterized by a flexible approach that is thematically integrated across subjects to provide students with the best possible conditions for learning from a holistic perspective. The school has two profiles: music and sports and health. Our student groups are small, with about 15 students per group. The school has good academic results and a dedicated and skilled staff.
We are looking for a music teacher. We also welcome those who will complete their teaching degree this year to apply for the position. As an educator and colleague, you have a solution-oriented approach, enjoy collaboration, and always put the student and their learning at the center. You have strong pedagogical leadership. You enjoy collaborating across subject and grade boundaries, willingly share your knowledge, and appreciate the benefits of a smaller workplace's proximity to decision-making and engagement.
