About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our clients' digital transformation journeys. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can drive requirements management and strategic advisory in our team deliveries.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Collaborate with clients, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.
Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirements.
Document processes and improvement suggestions and drive the implementation of new ways of working.
Support clients in change management and optimization of business processes.
Work in agile teams and contribute to an efficient delivery process.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or IT.
Experience in requirements management, process analysis, and business development.
Understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and agile working methods.
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Relevant academic education in IT, economics, or equivalent.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
