About the Role

As a PAM consultant at Saab, you will play a central role in managing and protecting privileged access to their systems. You will work to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the most sensitive systems and data, which is crucial for minimizing risks to the organization's cybersecurity. Your role will involve both practical and strategic work, where you actively contribute to optimizing and developing the PAM structure within Saab.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Implementing and managing PAM solutions, including CyberArk or similar systems.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining PAM servers and related code.
• Ensuring correct configuration and updates of PAM systems to meet security requirements.
• Communicating and educating non-technical users about PAM systems and security processes.
• Working closely with other departments to maintain a high level of security throughout the organization.

We are looking for someone with

To succeed in this role, we see that you have the following qualifications:

Must-haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in PAM and Privileged Access Management.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Swedish citizenship or in accordance with applicable security requirements.
• Experience with PAM (Privileged Access Management)
• Troubleshooting PAM servers and code
• CyberArk or similar PAM systems
• PowerShell

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Azure
• Experience with classified information
• Vocational training as an IAM specialist
• University degree in system development or equivalent

Personal attributes:

• Pedagogical: Ability to explain and teach complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
• Independent: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and set clear boundaries.
• Performance-oriented: Strong drive to perform and deliver high quality even under pressure.
