About the job

We are now looking for several business architects for the data sharing unit. The unit works with solutions for data sharing as well as identity and access issues that support the digitization of the public sector. As a business architect, you will play a central role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions in various areas. Right now, we need to strengthen our efforts in the identity and access area as well as in the work with the European digital identity wallet.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the work to develop the business architecture in close collaboration with stakeholders from both business and IT.
• Coordinating efforts between different stakeholders and ensuring that the solutions meet both strategic goals and the needs of the business.
• Documenting and communicating solutions in a way that is understandable for both technical and business-oriented target groups.

Knowledge

Requirements

• Good understanding of business architecture, including the ability to analyze and document processes as well as requirements and connections between different business areas.
• Ability to formulate and communicate goals, strategies, and action plans in an educational and target group-adapted manner.
• Broad architectural competence, e.g., within frameworks, models/methods, technology information, and/or process/business.
• Can lead workshops, meetings, and discussions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. This means that you express yourself both orally and in writing in an educational way so that the recipient understands and the red thread is maintained. You need to be able to present both oral and written information in meetings and other forums both internally and externally.

Meritorious

• Knowledge of e-identification, e-signature, and the eIDAS regulation.

Experience

Requirements

• Worked for at least 5 years as an architect or in a similar role and has experience in solution architecture.
• Experience working with the development and management of mission-critical digital solutions.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders from both business and IT.
• Experience establishing operations related to new IT services.
• Experience working in public administration.
• Experience in software development with agile methodology.
• Experience documenting and communicating solutions for both developers and the business.

Meritorious

• Experience working with identity federations, e-identifications, and/or authorization.
• Experience implementing common management solutions and coordinating efforts between different stakeholders.
• Worked with solutions based on open source.

Education

You have an academic education in computer science or information systems, or other experience that the employer deems relevant.

About Digg and what we offer

Digg is an authority that works broadly to support and coordinate the digitization of the Swedish public administration. We develop digital infrastructure and services that help other public actors in their digitization. We also ensure that digital public services are accessible to all. When we are in Digg's premises, we are at the headquarters in central Sundsvall in modern activity-based premises or in a smaller and modern office in central Stockholm. We are positively inclined to allow space for remote work based on the needs of the business and the individual, but it is expected that you will be in the office at least one day a week and when the work requires it.
