Did you recently graduate in engineering physics or computer science and want to work with testing complex systems? One of our clients in IT security is now looking for a recent graduate tester with an interest in problem-solving. Working as a Test Engineer in safety-critical systems The role of test engineer suits you who are passionate about technology and solving challenges and complex problems. We believe you thrive in a changing environment and feel best when you can take responsibility. You will be part of a team working with system design, implementation and integration, testing, and will work in cross-functional projects in multidisciplinary advanced projects.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Working quickly and professionally to analyze and test software systems at various levels, including IT and software levels

• Participating in the testing and validation process within a multidisciplinary team to ensure correct integration of system components

• Helping to develop test strategies and test cases for C4I systems

• Writing and developing test scripts for automation, to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvements in testing processes

• Collaborating with local and international development, testing, and product teams to ensure that products meet customer requirements and expectations

For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at the client’s newly renovated office starting this summer. You will also participate in a tailored training program where you can develop and deepen your technical skills in areas such as AI, Cloud, and cybersecurity, as well as in leadership and personal development.

You will be coached by a mentor at the client company as well as a consulting manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant with us, you will be well taken care of and often invited to joint activities such as lectures, afterworks, and lunch meetings. After successfully completing the consulting assignment, the intention is for you to be offered a position at the client company.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at the beginning of their career and has a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering physics, or a related technical field
• Has an interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• As a person, you have good communication skills and enjoy working in teams
• Has good knowledge of testing processes and testing methodology
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

This position requires you to undergo and be approved, at any given time, by the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
