We are looking for a customer representative. To apply for the position, please visit this link (https://karriarguiden.se/sv/jobb/iam-solution-architect-to-husqvarna-group). We look forward to your application!
As an IAM Solution Architect, you’ll play a key part in shaping Husqvarna Group’s identity and access management (IAM) landscape – an opportunity to make a real difference in a global setting!
Welcome to one of the world’s oldest start-ups!
We really have that passion for innovation - and with it, we create new solutions to enhance urban and green spaces, used and loved by many. By continuously challenging ourselves, we have kept innovating and re-inventing our business for more than three centuries (330 years, to be more exact).
This is our heritage. And our future. And now - we really want you to be a part of it.
Your role:
In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector between departments, ensuring IAM solutions align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and IT Security Manager to enhance security and seamlessly integrate applications.
You’ll also communicate and coordinate with external service teams and providers, staying ahead of industry trends for long-term planning. Your security expertise will support team members, so that you’ll be ready to respond during incidents.
- Solution Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging IAM solutions. You’ll actively participate in relevant vendor events and conferences. Your insights will help us propose innovative capabilities and enhancements to our existing toolset and processes, ensuring they align with future requirements.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Own the overall technology roadmap and technical architecture within our IAM platforms. Review solution proposals and designs from projects, service providers, and product vendors. Collaborate with other GIS Security areas to create and maintain their roadmaps.
- Project Support and Review: Be the main contact for projects, providing expertise and guidance for proper solution design. Actively participate in critical projects with high impact on IAM solutions and engage in project portfolio reviews and prioritization discussions.
- Service Delivery and Problem Management: Review Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and collaborate with vendors - to suggest proactive measures for resolving recurring problem tickets. You’ll also assist support teams by providing guidance for the resolution of critical incidents.
About the team:
Collaboration is at the core of our culture, and you’ll find that team members are always willing to contribute and offer help when needed. As a senior team member (as we hope that you are), we trust you to take the lead and manage your tasks independently without too much oversight. Of course, we offer weekly catch-ups, a supportive environment, and easy access to advice from both colleagues and managers - to help you thrive.
You will report to CISO.
Your experience and skills:
- You’ve worked with various IAM solutions (architecture, design, and implementation) and have a great understanding of industry standards.
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies, including identity lifecycle management, access controls, and authentication mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar) is a plus.
About you:
Your ability to educate others on how different parts fit together is a key competence of yours, simplifying complex concepts (whether sketching them out on a whiteboard or explaining them in a video call).
You’re good at managing different IAM domains, from internal systems to B2B and B2C accounts, while maintaining a solution-oriented approach. Your strong communication skills, cooperative nature, and ability to build relationships make you effective in our diverse team settings.
Location:
Preferred locations for this position are in Sweden at one of our offices in Huskvarna, Jonsered, Stockholm, or Malmö or in India, at our site in Mumbai.
Your application:
Can you envision yourself being a part of this? If so, send us your application! The last day to apply is 2025-04-06.
