Job Information:

As a System and Business Specialist, you will help clients in the real estate industry utilize SWG's own system solutions according to a best practice principle. This means both understanding the clients' work processes to create the most efficient flow possible and working on the digital development of the system. Naturally, close collaboration with wonderful colleagues and good opportunities to develop and influence the results of your work are included. The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Professionals Nord and that you will be employed directly by SWG.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities as a System and Business Specialist will be to assist and advise clients in the real estate industry with SWG's own system solutions primarily within technical management and property management. You will act as a bridge between the client and developers for various system solutions.

Examples of tasks may include the following:

• Support clients in strategic issues related to system management.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions with clients.
• Analyze and understand data.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with IT systems, technical management, and property management with industry experience.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in business development and property projects as well as an interest in data analysis, databases, and SQL.
