Our consulting assignments often involve helping our clients modernize their IT environments, helping them work more agilely and in a modern way with the right type of tools to best support their current and future needs. We do this according to a methodology we at Accelerate at Iver call Journey to Agile.

To fit into the role, we believe you have an academic education with a focus on system development, user experience, web development or similar.

You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in the following:

• CSS, HTML, Javascript
• React or Angular
• Typescript
• Utility libraries: Google's Material UI, Microsoft Fluent UI, Bootstrap or similar
• Responsive design and accessibility adaptation
• Security solutions within Authentication, BankID, caching management
• Authorization thinking with Entra ID, User Session
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have experience with:

• Next.js
• Mobile first
• Experience in creating user flows and GUIs in Figma

We are now looking for a new member for one of our scrum teams. You have a main interest in being proactive in web client development and also feel that you master the art of creating graphical interfaces and user flows in e.g. Figma.

A typical task may be to help develop new IT solutions by understanding the client's needs and wishes. From that starting point, you should be able to propose and justify flows and the appearance of the application.

You are an experienced web client developer with a few areas of expertise that you master very well. You also need to be accustomed to integrating your robust web client solution with microservices.

You will be an important part of one of our experienced development teams. You will have the opportunity to work on varied and exciting assignments with our established clients. Finally, we are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who acts attentively and sensitively to others' opinions, competencies, and performances. You enjoy working in a team.
