Your Role
As the IT Manager at Renova, you will hold a central key position in our group. You will lead, coordinate, and develop the group’s IT issues with the goal of creating long-term business value and contributing to an efficient and profitable operation. The role includes overall responsibility for the IT department, where you have financial, personnel, and work environment responsibilities. You will lead three unit managers and a total of approximately 25 employees, reporting directly to the CEO and being part of the group’s strategic management.

Your mission is to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with the business strategy and that our IT services maintain high quality and create value. You will continuously drive improvement work, develop structures and processes, and ensure that our IT resources are used optimally. An important part of the role is also to build strong collaborations across the organization and act as an advisory and inspiring partner to management on issues related to digitalization and IT.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is a confident, communicative, and strategic leader with the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong drive, high energy, and are accustomed to leading change initiatives with good results. You easily build trust and relationships - both internally and externally - and you recognize the importance of IT and business working together. You are not only used to working at the management level but are also comfortable pushing through decisions and ensuring effectiveness at every step.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• University degree in IT or equivalent.
• Several years of experience leading IT operations with personnel and budget responsibility.
• Experience in management work and leading managers.
• Solid knowledge in IT and business development.
• Ability to build strong collaboration between IT and business.
• A communicative, driving, and trust-building leadership style.
