JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our project team while contributing to driving our business forward. You will ensure that projects are delivered according to customer needs and expectations, build long-term customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You and the current Project Manager will report directly to the Business Area Manager and will together ensure that existing and new projects are carried out safely and with quality within the set timeframe and budgeted cost. Projects may take place in-house as pure workshop projects or on-site at the customer's location. Project groups will vary in size depending on the scope of the projects.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the project team
• Conduct calculations, follow up forecasts regarding HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), quality, economy, and time
• Lead and drive sales work for existing and new customers
• Responsibility for the quality of the delivered service and agreed requirements with the customer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have several years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader where you have acquired knowledge in assembling project teams, calculations, forecasting, budgeting, HSEQ, and similar tasks
• Have several years of experience in industry or workshops, either in a role as a welder, pipe fitter, or supervisor
• Have work experience from the supplier side during project implementation
• Have fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Have a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• Post-secondary technical education in mechanics, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Experience from the contracting industry and knowledge of contract law
• Work experience in pipe construction
• Knowledge of SAP
• Welding experience
• BAS-U and BAS-P
