We are looking for an experienced system developer with APEX skills for an assignment within the management object KORT (Control and Access), which supports processes related to fishery control and access to fishing. In this role, you will contribute to the further development and maintenance of applications, as well as support and develop the existing team’s skills in Oracle APEX. Some development in JavaScript may also occur.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the development and management of APEX-based solutions for fishery control.
• Support and develop the team’s skills in Oracle APEX.
• Opportunity to work with JavaScript for frontend development.
• Actively participate in agile work alongside project managers, UX resources, testers, and other system developers.
• Contribute to work planning, including refinements, sprint planning, and task prioritization.
• Demonstrate new features to the business and manage incidents according to schedule.
• Update technical documentation and manage lifecycle management for the application, which may include moving the application to a new server or setting up a new container as needed.

Requirements:

• Competency level: At least 12 years of experience in system development (level 5).
• Oracle APEX: At least 1 year of experience working with Oracle APEX.
• Frontend: Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Databases: Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and PostgreSQL.
• API: Experience working with REST API.
• Languages: Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
• Experience working in a Swedish government agency (at least 3 years).
• Knowledge of Jasper Reports and SQL Developer.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
• Experience with GIT and Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Workplace: Gothenburg, with a requirement of at least 3 days a week on-site with the client.

Start and duration of the position: By agreement – 6 months with the possibility of extension (6+6 months). Scope: 100%.
