What will you do?

As a Senior Data Protection Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Drive central data protection projects together with the team, at both strategic and operational levels
• Act as the data protection officer for PostNord's Swedish operations
• Create proposals for policies and guidelines regarding data protection for approval by the Group DPO or PostNord's board
• Educate the organization on data protection
• Support the organization in data protection issues, analyses, decisions, and contract negotiations
• Shape, maintain, and implement process descriptions, reporting routines, and working methods related to the company's data protection
• Coordinate and support managers and stakeholders to ensure that PostNord complies with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal policies and guidelines within the data protection area

To mention a few of the tasks, you will work with the Head of Group Compliance and Privacy and the Group Data Protection Officer to shape the direction for development, implementation, and improvements regarding data protection. Furthermore, you will advise, participate in, and lead international negotiations on data protection with suppliers and customers. You will also collaborate with Risk Management, Legal Affairs, Information Technology, and other departments on data protection issues.

You have good collaboration skills, with an interest and willingness to help others, and you strive to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

You enjoy speaking in front of groups and can explain complex topics in a pedagogical way.
