About Us

With us, you will have a varied job with opportunities to develop as a district nurse. You will also have a great opportunity to influence and work with the health center's continuous improvements and transition to Close Care. We apply a team-based approach and currently have a couple of vacant positions at the health center to fill. The total number of registered patients is approximately 14,300. We are flexible regarding assignments, work planning, and time off. This fall, we will be switching our journal system to Cosmic.

Your Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you will meet patients and relatives in physical visits, by phone, and through our digital platforms. You will guide, advise, assess, and treat individuals of all ages and a wide range of reasons for seeking care, together with colleagues and other professional categories. You will collaborate with other actors such as municipalities, employers, and authorities. You will plan and implement agreed actions. With us, you will become an important team player in a small interdisciplinary team.

Your Competence

We are looking for a licensed district nurse, preferably with previous experience working in a health center and experience with the target group with COPD and work with spirometry. Good language skills in Swedish and good IT skills are required. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and therefore see that you, as a person, appreciate and take responsibility for good cooperation and have an unpretentious attitude. You are flexible, reliable, and responsible and have the ability to work solution-focused even in stressful situations. Like us, you should always be concerned about providing our visitors, employees, and partners with a good and professional reception.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.
