Bolindergården's care and support residence is located in the Norr district, near Munktellstaden. Bolindergården is currently divided into 3 units, with 3 managers who can provide close leadership. Bolindergården has a total of 60 apartments, 20 on each floor.

The vacant position is at Bolindergården 2, which is an elderly care department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant, you motivate and support our users to ensure they have a meaningful, safe, and active everyday life. Your main tasks are to provide personal care and assist users with their household chores. You need to feel comfortable receiving delegation as it is part of your job.

At Bolindergården, you are the contact person for a number of users in the residence. You establish and work according to implementation plans and ensure that guidelines and routines are followed. Part of the work also consists of administrative tasks, such as documenting in the Viva system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, preferably with experience working in elderly care. The position is located in an elderly care department, but it is beneficial if you have experience with BPSD and working with dementia and multi-sick patients. We also see that you preferably have experience with documentation.

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in providing person-centered care. You have a good attitude towards our users and are solution-oriented when needed.
